Workflow status diagrams not displaying in EBS 12.2 post upgrade

Applicable for EBS 12.2 and later versions:

ISSUE: Workflow status diagrams not displaying after updgrading EBS 12.1.3 to EBS 12.2.X

Assuming TLS1.2 already enabled in your environment

Solution 1: Check "-DUseSunHttpHandler=true" Argument set

• login to EBS 12.2. weblogin console:
• https://yourhostname.domain:7001<weblogic port>/console
• Environment -> servers-> oacore_server (Managed server name) > Server Start Tab -->Arguments

If "-DUseSunHttpHandler=true" not set then

• Set "-DUseSunHttpHandler=true" at the end of "Arguments" tab for all managed servers .
• Restart Managed servers and retest the issue again

Solution 2: If above workaround doesn't work then try adding below parameters

Set below parameters at the end of "Arguments" tab for all managed servers .

• -Djdk.tls.client.protocols=TLSv1.2
• -Dweblogic.security.SSL.protocolVersion=TLSv1.2
• -Djdk.tls.disabledAlgorithms=SSLv2
• -Djavax.net.debug=ssl,handshake
• restart all Managed servers and retest the issue again
