EBS 12.2/12.1.3 How to enable trace for forms

 Help ->Dagnostics->Enable trace with binds throwing below error:

"Function not available to this responsibility. Change responsibilities or contact you System Administrator"

Follow below steps to Enable Trace for forms:

Step 1: Enable below profile options at user level (not site level).

Profile Name                 User Level Value

Hide Diagnostics menu entry No

Utilities:Diagnostics         Yes

Step 2: Open the form which you want to enable Trace

Step 3:  Help ->Dagnostics->Enable trace with binds throwing below error
            Capture the screenshot which contains trace file location

Step 4: Generate TKPROF for trace file, example below

TKPROF <trace_file_name>.trc <trace_file_name>.trc.trc.tkprof explain=userid/password@DBname table=sys.plan_table
